Within the organization structure of The Lock Group Consulting the CEO is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company and as a result has “span of control” over the entire operation. The CEO however is ultimately responsible to the board of directors.
In regards to “chain of command”all full time employees and the contracting staff report directly to the CEO.

As specialist staff is required by The Lock Group Consulting who have specific experience in fashion industry development usually new employees are recruited through personal networking as well as various social media platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook.
