Short term is to grow the profitability and success of the Consulting division, this includes gaining more clients and consulting on more events and jobs. Long Term is to establish a new company called AEON, which is an online based fashion portal, develop it over the next 3-5 years and then sell it for a major profit.
FINANCIAL GOALS
The Lock Group’s main financial goals are to maintain continued profitability through revenue attained from the Consulting division while cash flowing and investing in the development of AEON.

The social goals of the company are to establish an internal culture that rewards and encourages staff while externally contributing to the growth and development of the international fashion industry through the introduction and establishment of innovative, productive and profitable commercial initiatives.
PERSONAL GOALS
Personal goals of The Lock Group’s CEO are to continue to run the company for the next 3-5 years and then to sell equity in the company and execute the day to day management. This overall contributes to the main personal goal of the CEO as he says he wants to move back to Australia and be with his family.
